I am an artist who gets to live on a very beautiful island on the very west coast of a very big country, and thankfully my husband and daughter also live here. SO convenient. :)

My painting style (so I've been told) is impressionist, with a hint of abstract. Always filled with beautiful colour, deep texture and usually focused on the simplicity of nature.

I paint in my studio which consists of my big wooden easel, my turquoise cart and my mason jars filled with many well used and well loved brushes. And by 'studio' I mean that bright corner in my kitchen where I paint... so simple.

I find inspiration in many different places. Definitely in nature, in beautiful colours, in clean lines and even in a big pan of nachos!  *insert tummy growl here
